If you do not agree to be legally bound by all of the following terms then please do not access and/or use “The Daisy Network Forum”. We may change these at any time and we’ll do our utmost in informing you, though it would be prudent to review this regularly yourself as your continued usage of “The Daisy Network Forum” after changes mean you agree to be legally bound by these terms as they are updated and/or amended.
1. Anonymity: A user name is required but it does not have to be your own name. If you select a user name we deem inappropriate, we will reject your choice.

Unacceptable behaviour: anything abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated or any other material that may violate any laws will be removed without warning. “The Daisy Network” have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should we see fit and further offences may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned, with notification of your Internet Service Provider if deemed required by us. The IP address of all posts is recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. Please be respectful and polite at all times!
3. Advertising: Forums are not to be used to solicit goods, services or money, or to advertise or sell products or services to others.
4. Spamming: Using the forum to directly recruit members for another website will not be allowed.
5. Medical advice: the information on the forum is not intended to replace the opinion of any medical professional.
6. SHOUTING: the use of capital letters in all your chat or forum postings is considered "shouting" online, makes other members uncomfortable, and is difficult to read.
7. Storage of personal information: As a user you agree to any personal information you have entered to being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, “The Daisy Network” shall not be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.
8. Safety: Please remember all the normal rules of Internet safety -- do not post any personal information such as your email address on the forum posts.
